Terms of Use

Welcome to JM Portable Rentals ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including the rental of portable sanitation units, access to our website (www.jmportablerentals.com), and any other interactions with us.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Misuse or attempt to exploit our equipment or services

  • Damage, move, or transport rented units yourself

  • Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Provide false information in your rental agreement

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to rent equipment or engage our services.

3. Rental Agreements

All rentals are subject to our official Rental Agreement, which outlines terms for:

  • Delivery, service, and pickup procedures

  • Payment requirements, deposits, and cancellation terms

  • Damage responsibilities and attendant requirements

By booking a rental, you accept all terms outlined in the rental agreement provided at the time of booking.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), cashier’s checks, and cash. All electronic payments are subject to a 4% processing fee. Returned payments are subject to a $275 fee.

A 50% deposit is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. Full balance must be paid at delivery unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a dry-run fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

JM Portable Rentals is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Personal injury or property damage arising from misuse of our rentals

  • Delays caused by conditions beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather)

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the rental fee paid.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
