ALL new commercial and long-term customers are required to complete a one-page customer form prior to delivery being scheduled. Once we have received your complete forms you’ll receive your rentals!

A request does not mean confirmed. Your rental is considered confirmed when you have received a confirmation email from us.

REQUESTS MADE AFTER 12:00PM ON FRIDAYs ARE NOT REVIEWED UNTIL MONDAY!

**It’s important to note that reservations are only confirmed once we receive your acceptance and are subject to availability. Therefore, the approval of your request does not mean the reservation is confirmed.**

Service Disclaimer

Your rental is not confirmed until all applicable forms are completed and you have received a rental confirmation email from us. Please keep in mind that rental requests made after 2 PM or after office hours of operation [check below] will be scheduled for the next available delivery [or applicable date] and may occur outside of the requested time, pending our receipt of completed forms. If your rental is time sensitive call our office at 808.367.1120 to book your rental. Long-Term Rentals Please provide all applicable details when requesting a long-term rental.

Delivery Disclaimer

Rentals are delivered at the next available time unless prior arrangements has been made and confirmed with the JMPR office as stated in your confirmation email. Deliveries occur between 8:00a-4:00pm at no specified times due to continuously changing road conditions. Weekend Rentals Weekend rentals are delivered on Fridays between 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and removed on Mondays between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email. It is the renter's responsibility to request modified delivery/removal at the initial request time, so JM Portable Rentals is able to verify that we are able to meet your request. We strive to provide you with a preferred rental experience and every detail counts! We look forward to hearing from you!
